How do I get skinny? This is probably the single most asked question of males and females between the age of 13 and 50. Especially, in the United States people are struggling with their weight and self image every single day. Losing weight can be a daunting task if you don’t know what you are doing, and many don’t. The thing is, it really isn’t all that hard.

Eating this or eating that is the answer. In truth, the issue is purely one of calories. If you eat less calories than you expend in energy, you lose weight. If you eat more than you expend, you gain weight. It is as simple as that.

Put it on paper. In my mind a goal is just a dream if it isn’t written down. If you make your goal the written word then you will derive more benefits from it. You should read your goals before you go to bed and when you get up in the morning. I have even gone so far as to put some of my loftiest goals into a picture setting so I can see them all the time when walking through the house. Some people put their goals in their PDA’s to constantly view. How ever you decide to place your goals for view is your choice but remember…what you think you will become.

Plans focused on low calories meals and costly exercise machines are common, but usually few will benefit from them. Some reports have shown that only a small percentage of anyone who try a detophyll product end up successful in losing weight.

My experiences with my trainer was great, he helped me out with most of my training regimes. He made a personal card based on my past and present statistics. He even made me a diet chart.

We know that as we age, with lack of calcium, our bones can get more brittle. So maybe, just maybe, the body is doing exactly what is right for us. But we don’t want to believe that – we still want to be thin!
